Painful cramps at six weeks?

I've had pretty mild cramps ever since I got pregnant but the last week my cramps have been more painful. No bleeding and ultra sound looked good but man these cramps suck! Anyone else have painful cramps?

Mine were pretty consistent when I was about 4 weeks, dr said to take Tylenol  and not to worry if there was no bleeding. They stopped around 6 weeks :)

I had really bad cramps at five weeks but now over six and they are almost non existent thankfully - seem to have been replaced with nausea! A hot water bottle (not with boiling water) really helped I found x

My doctor told me to take Tylenol.. She said it is normal as long as you aren't double over and no blood!
