Ive been on the pill for about 3/4 years  .. Probably only a handful of times my SO has ejaculated inside me, by accident .. Would you let him do instead of pulling out? For me it just ruins the mood but do i trust my pill???

I definitely think you should trust your contraceptives. Why else would you use it if you didn't trust it to do its job? 
If you take it properly, everyday the same time each day and using protection for a few days after if you suffer from any vomiting or gastro, you should be fine. 
You've been on the pill for quite a while so you should be confident/comfortable with it. If you're not maybe it''s time to change. 
Maybe you guys could get some spermicide as well? I've never personally used it but, you might like it.
