I thought this one was it I was on cycle day 37 23 dpo and I got my period today I guess I'm glad I waited till today to buy a test cause I didn't waste my money.... I must have cried for thirty minutes.... I don't get it I didn't have any of my period symptoms no cramps and I usually have horrible cramps, nausea,sore breast, super emotional....idk my husband told me not to get my hopes up and I didn't listen Idk if I will be able to have another baby.... After that horrible nexplanon I haven't had a normal period obviously I thought I regulated since I haven had a period every two weeks in a while but I guess not...good luck lady's and god bless
