DTaP and flu shot while pregnant??

Question

I can't decide whether to get vaccines while pregnant. My OB is recommending them, which I know is the standard of care. The TDaP vaccine is a class c drug not recommended for pregnant moms. What are you mamas doing??

No flu shot here. the other day on the news it left a little girl paralyzed!! and I saw a news video a few years back where it made a young girl walk differently cuz it affected her brain. smh. I never in my life had the flu shot and far as I know I haven't gotten the flu if I did it was mild

I trust my doctors and throughout my 4 pregnancies with 4 different OBs and one midwife, no one has ever reccomended them. So I didn't and won't be.

I won't be getting either while I'm pregnant. After birth I'll get the Tdap shot but not the flu shot. The flu shot isn't guaranteed to work anyway, if you wash your hands and eat healthy you have a better chance of not getting the flu.

I got them both. My Dr went to school for many years to get where she is. She knows more about vaccines and Mine and my baby's health then I could every research online or on paper. I trust her judgement, that is Why she is my Dr. 
Also having watched a video of an infant with whooping cough made me cry. I wouldn't want that for my baby.

I work in the medical field so flu shot is mandatory! I have given many pregnant women the TDAP vaccine ! It is to protect you and baby from pertussis( whooping cough) which is very dangerous! I am making sure that everyone that comes in contact with the baby, is up to date on their shots! Not due til may! Flu is worse when we are pregnant, and is deadly! I would not want to take any chances for my unborn baby or for myself!!

I got the flu and will get the Tdap. Look up whooping cough in newborns, that is scary stuff!

I don't know what dtap is but I got my flu vaccination. I read that the flu virus can be really dangerous for babies in the womb. I was really ill with flu back in January and absolutely would never want that again. It was a no brainer for me.

I've never taken them before or after being pregnant. I don't plan on taking them this pregnancy either.
