When to seek medical attention...

Question

I had an appointment with my OB on Tuesday and everything was fine and dandy.... For the past two days (Thursday and Friday) I have been experiencing dizzy spells, and extreme shortness of breath (I do have asthma so question if this might be affecting me) .... At what point would you seek out medical attention?

I should probably add that I am carrying twins! Not sure if that makes a difference or not, but I am 26 weeks along.

I had that in my first pregnancy. I didn't use an asthma pump because it would make me gag and cough and make my chest tight and feel worse. One night was really bad and I ended up going to the hospital to have a nebuliser to breath comfortably again. I was then given a different pump to use. I later found out I had pericardial effusion which was caused by pregnancy which also caused my dizziness which got worse. Anyway if you are struggling to breath I would get checked and not leave it too late. Best to be safe 😊

Dizzy Ness is normal. Stay hydrated. And try and not get up too fast.
