I am hoping to start in February.. Will depend on how quick the construction is completed. Plus we are waiting until December 19 (24 wks) till we find out the gender, that will help with decorating lol

Nope, and probably won't until February. I don't see the point of having it all set up for months and not be used. It makes more sense to have it ready maybe maximum two months before the due date. Besides, the baby's room is being used as our own living room because we live with in-laws.

Not yet. The nursery is currently our guest room and we will be hosting guests for the holidays. We will work on the nursery in early 2016. The painter is scheduled for January!

No, but we are moving a month before I'm to deliver baby so I don't have a choice, but I don't mind it will give me plenty to do that last month to keep me busy.

I'm waiting until we find out the gender so I know if I can reuse my son's stuff or not!

The baby's room was a guest bedroom so we are currently cleaning it out so that we can start decorating it to become a nursery.
