Twins or fibroid?

I went to the pbgyn at 5 weeks a.nd had my first ultrasound. He asked me if I had two uterus and I replied I was not sure. Than he said it might bee juet a fibroid but we will find out in 3weeks. Both me and my husband has twin in our family. The two months before I got pregnant I took fertility shots and donated my eggs twice. I look big now to be 7 weeks. Any ideas ladies? The one with arrow is a baby the one with ? Is still waaiting to find out.
