Baby isn't doing well. Six weeks along and starting spotting with cramps today. Went to clinic dr said that cervix and uterus looked ok. Then went for lab and two days ago hcg was 244 and today was only 289. Getting worried I have to go back in on Tuesday. I wish I didn't have to wait that long. Really worried that I'm beginning to misscarry. This is my first pregnancy
