I'm 7 weeks today at 6 weeks 4 days ultrasound showed yolk and sac but no baby I went in for bleeding .... then today I have this .... IS THIS A MISCARRIAGE??? Doctor wasn't alot of help at first ultrasound and now it's closed :-( after hours

Wow I'm sorry  I'm not a dr. But if you're bleeding like this, then I think so. It seems like a miscarriage. Go to the Emergency room. You need to get checked out ASAP.

If you have a neg blood type you will need rhogam. But with that much blood regardless you need to be seen.

Please tell me you got a full work up? 
You can hemorrhage and bleed out from a miscarriage. 
Also you may become gravely ill from an infection that maybe been the cause of the miscarriage.

Your health is much more important than the social aspect of going and waiting in the Ed.
