so i just got out of the shower and I noticed a bump on my skin, which wasn't surprising so I ignored it. but I just glanced down and it's turned into a large, raised bump, it isn't red or anything, and it doesn't really hurt but it freaks me out. I don't think it's an ingrown hair. please help me omg, also ps it doesn't resemble a pimple, it's like ridiculously large, like probably raised almost a centimeter, and there's no hair coming out!
