Is this normal?

I am about 5 weeks pregnant and had four positive pregnancy tests this week but started bleeding with cramps today. I went to the hospital and my doctor said it was most likely normal implantation bleeding but there is quite a good flow. Any help? I've been devastated all day.

I found out today I miscarried :(

With my first pregnancy i was a little over 3 months and had cramps and bleeding like if I was on my period, i went to the dr they said everything was fine but my dr still put me on bed rest for the next months I couldnt do much..this pregnancy in trying to not do much as well im scared it might happen again.. take it easy hope everything goes good :)

I was at 7 weeks and started bleeding bad just like a period. It stopped after a couple days. Then I had an ultrasound at 8 weeks and got to see a very healthy baby. Bleeding happens in pregnancy, but just watch it.
