Ladies what is your take on lifting weights while pregnant? I have been lifting for a about 5 to 6 months regularly so my body is fairly used to it. I use proper form and never lift alone. Would this help or hurt chances of conceiving, and or <a href="https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.glow.android.baby">baby development</a>? What moves to avoid at what stages? I am not pregnant but we are ttc and I just wanted to know so we could plan workouts safely.
