Do you use the pull out method?

If so, how effective have you found it?  Has anyone here still gotten pregnant from it?

I got pregnant once (later miscarried) from using the pull out method very "sloppily". We had only been married a month and were still figuring everything out. We both know when he didn't pull out in time. Since then,  that's been our only form of bc, and only when I know I'm fertile,  and it has been 1 1/2 years since a pregnancy scare.  I'm actually hoping he'll mess up at some point!

Use the rule of 2. There are many different forms of birth control. Pick 2 and if the first form doesn't succeed, you'll have a backup. My boyfriend and I use my birth control pill + pullout method. We have sex a LOT and I've never gotten pregnant.

It took me 1 month of using the pull-out method as "birth control" to get pregnant. It is NOT reliable. We were even tracking my ovulation days pretty closely as well.

When I was on the pill, and the patch, I used withdrawal to double up and be extra safe
