32b, 34b, 32c???

Question

So I've bought all those sizes of bras. 32b seems too small... 34b SEEMS like the cup fits, but the band size is too big. Then I realized 32c seems the most comfortable. I did a measurement from several sites (they even have it on the Victoria's Secret website) and it says I'm a 32c...but I don't look like I am? My boobs are pretty small in my opinion. When I see girls with C cups they look bigger than me. But my boobs fill out a 32c pretty good it seems like. Is that a weird size?

No boobs are very different! Some girls might have fuller C's than you and they could look bigger. Honestly whatever is comfortable should work! Go with what it says you are. Prepregnancy I was a 34 C and they weren't big to me at all but I filled out the C and the band fit so it was my size.

Cups are not all the same size. Band size also determines the fullness of a cup. That's why there are sister sizes. 
36c cup is much larger (cup and band) than 32c. Compare them physically next time you're at the store, you'll see. 
If they fit you, that's your size.

It's called sister sizing. Depend on how much padding there is and wether it's a front or back closure
