My so and I have been trying to conceive our second child for almost a year. I was diagnosed two weeks ago with congenital cystic kidney disease and renal failure. One of my kidneys is only functioning at 29%. My period is technically one day late, however, my period is usually all over the place with having kidney disease. I cannot tell if my symptoms are kidney related or pregnancy related at this point. I'm planning on taking a test, I'm just unsure when I'd get the best results with taking a test.. Has anyone fallen pregnant with renal failure? What was your outcome?
