First pregnancy worries

This is my first so naturally I am a little nervous. I am 5w1d today. I have cramps every now and then, but nothing severe. They only last a couple minutes at most. Yesterday, I started getting like a pinch pain where my uterus is. I looked it up and it said that's normal, but does anyone has any stories or anything from their experience with this pinching feeling? I'm just a little worried over everything. I'm terrified my levels will be off or something and I won't know because my doctor won't see me AT ALL until 10 weeks. I had to go to a pregnancy center to confirm my pregnancy because the doctor wouldn't.
