What time to start a bed time routine?

What time are people starting bedtime routines? What do they consist of and how are you doing the last feed (by breast milk nursing, breast milk in bottle or formula) to get them to sleep longer?

My son is almost 6 weeks old and this is what works for us:
We start at 7 or 8. We start with a bath. We put on the night light in his room so it is dimly lit. Then we do baby massage. After he is clean and happy we read a book while rocking in the rocker. We swaddle him and I breastfeed him. If he is still awake after nursing I'll rock him and sing to him until he falls asleep. The whole routine takes 2 hours, but he usually sleeps 4-5 hours before waking up. I'll change him then nurse him and he'll sleep another 4-5 hour chunk.

Then again he is still very young so some nights he'll cluster feed or he'll get gassy and then we get less consistent sleep, I'm just hopeful because he does sleep some nights that eventually it will start being more routine.

I don't wake my little guy up at night to eat, I wait until he wakes himself. We have it scheduled I'll feed him around 530pm so he sleeps while we eat dinner then I'll feed him again around 9:30pm and he usually eats for 40min so he sleeps from about 10:30 until about 3ish.. I'll nurse him again and we normally will pass out from about 4/430 until 7 or 8am! I also do not do his bath at night because he really hates being naked so he gets all angry and energized.

My LO starts bedtime routine between 8-9. He's only 3weeks so his feeding schedule still varies but it's usually 8 something.

I actually start my bedtime routine at work with her. I get done work anywhere between 6:15 and 7 p.m. which means I get home between 6:45 and 7:30. I tend to take her up to her bedroom at 7:30 so this involves me starting to get her ready and cluster feeding her while at work.

I try to do a good breast feed on each side and a bottle if still hungry. But noticed doesn't help him sleep longer. He sleeps the longest in the afternoons. Which it was at night. He eats every 2-3hrs and feedings with diaper are about 35-45min each time so I only sleep 4-6 hours. Unless when my hunny takes him upstairs while I put my ear plugs in for an extra lucky 2-3hrs.

Following! We don't have a routine right now just 45 minutes of nursing and babe in a sleep sack swaddle. We pile do baths but I don't feel like she needs them nightly? Babe goes down to sleep easily for 2-3hours but is then up just about every hour afterwards.
