Large placenta?

Had my gender scan today at 15weeks 2 days. During the scan we noticed my placenta was extra large looking and the tec mentioned it a few times. Is this something to worry about? I had placenta previa with my last baby. I'm going to ask my doc about it next Tuesday just looking for any insight from you mamas :) thanks!
