Could I get pregnant this way

So I had the implant taken out a couple months ago & haven't had a period yet so really confused as to when it's easiest to take an ovulation test. Can you ovulate without having a period?
My SO & I BD pretty much everyday if not everyother day. Could I get pregnant by doing this without knowing exactly when I'm ovulating?
