I have this weird stuff that's almost like white hairs on my face that are the creaseish area under my lips and the sides of my nose. I also have it on my actual nose where when you put on makeup it becomes very noticeable and not in a good way. Anyone know what this is? It's almost like when you drink milk and don't wipe your mouth and the milk dries. Thank you for your responses!
