How many weeks?

If I count my weeks in pregnancy it is 18 weeks but my ultrasound measured the baby at 19 weeks which one do i follow?

The farther into pregnancy you get, the more the baby's measurements can vary on ultrasound. Go by the due date you were given by the doctor.

I know I am 17 weeks by conception date, but 17+4 by ultrasound. I'm going by ultrasound. We'll see what it measures next time.

Your estimated due date can vary a week either direction on an ultrasound because the baby's hits growth spurts at different times at the second trimester. I'd just go by the due date the doctor has listed for you and go from there. At my last ultrasound, my baby measured a week behind. I'm sure at my next one in a week she will probably measure a week ahead. I have big babies.
