After 15 hours of excruciating back labor, my son's heart rate became to drop lower and lower. They did a scan to find her was facing my left side and wanted to give him time to turn to the back not knowing he couldn't due to the umbilical cord being wrapped around his neck TWICE. I eventually had an emergency c-section me my son came out healthy and alert. Looking all around while he loved on his daddy. I'm so tired but the joy in my heart won't allow me to sleep.
