Foot pain!!!

24w pregnant with my first. I have very high arch. My feet hurt so bad, 24h a day, since week 20. Now it is just getting worse. I have trouble walking in the middle of the night, going to the bathroom at night is a challenge. I gained 19lbs so far. I got really good shoes, try to keep my feet up as much as i can, but the only thing that seems to work is staying off my feet completly. :( anyone here with the same problem?
