Make it or break it

So We have been TTC for 5 years now, I had my Lap done in June and RE gave me a 6 months window to try and conceive on my own before recommending I get on BC to minimize Endo and Endo symptoms.... Nov is my last cycle before my appt for BC..... First +OPK was today, omg if I BD anymore this week I might explode 😆 (Sorry TMI) but for real if it doesn't work this cycle then I absolutely can't conceive on my own! Okay thanks for listening I have no one at home to talk about this stuff to (everyone I know is fertile)

Update

Its been 5 months since my surgery we have tried the every other day didn't work... We tried the hold for 4 days before +OPK didn't work.... We tried the sex two days before +OPK and then on O day to let healthy sperm build didn't work..... So now we just had as much BD as we could handle in a 5 day period
