Light pink spotting?!?

I am currently 5w3d and this morning when I used the restroom I had blood when I wiped. It was dark pink. It wasn't a lot but I wiped a few times before it was gone. I have had a little blood every time I have went to the restroom. It is now very light and is light pink. I have light cramping every once in a while! What could this be? Should I be worried?
