I've been healing great and have been up and walking and moving, had my stitches removed Thursday. I laughed a little to hard and hurt my stomach down towards my incision, so I took it easy hoping it would go alway. Well I went to get out of bed and apparently I got up wrong and it felt like I pulled a muscle (same muscle from laughing) well this time it started throbbing really bad. Now I have a hard knot in my incision that looks like it may also be a bruise. It's very sensitive too.
