Is this antibacterial soap good for my piercing pic?

I'm using it for my bellybutton do I use it in the shower or when I get out an do you use a qtip while you clean it?Ignore my ugly nail lol

Don't use soap! Don't use alcohol or peroxide or soap on new piercings. Reason being is because it will kill all the good bacteria as well as any bad bacteria. It will do more harm than good.  
I worked in a piercing shop for 2.5 years. I'll start by saying that a navel takes average 6 to 9 months to heal. In that time period you don't want to submerge your piercing in any sort of bath or pool, lake, river, ocean ect. Showering is fine,  just don't scrub it.
Also, don't touch it within and inch of the piercing as bacteria can crawl. 
Do not change it for that entire 6 months either,  simply because the skin that is forming in the piercing channel is still fragile and very thin. Changing the jewelry can re-open the piercing channel and cause the piercing to take even longer to heal. 
Now as for healing and cleaning, you want to use DISTILLED water and sea salt. You will need to clean the piercing 3 to 4 times a day. Use clean hands and dip a cotton ball in the sea salt soak and let it gently soak on the top and bottom of the piercing to loosen up any of the buildup on the piercing exits. Then use a qtip dipped in the same solution and remove any buildup from the piercing exits. Again, try to avoid touching it as much as you humanly can! 
Beware of sleeping on your stomach at first, and also avoid using a loofah.... Trust me,  those things will rip out a piercing before you can blink and you will bleed everywhere!

Typically dial unscented soap is best... But if it's antibacterial and unscented I don't think it will hurt.

When I get my nose piercing do I put proxide or rubbing alcohol and can I use radiance antibacterial hand soap

Also, I bought the cotton pads to dry mine. If you don't dry it completely it can easily become infected. You will also probably want to use a salt water spray.
