And the crazy pregnancy dreams begin 😭

Had a dram that my first ultrasound showed I was pregnant with triplets!  The scary part is that could be. A possibility, I just had my iud removed 5 months before getting pregnant, and since I had it removed I have been ovulating 2x (the 1st 2 months I used ovulation tests)! I hope to god that's lot the case haha I already have one who's 19 months 😂
