Sleep regression on my 5 month old 😣
My daughter started waking up multiple times at night and what I tend to do is walk up to her crib and give her the pacifier. I did it because I wanted her quiet at that time. Now she wakes every couple of hours and walking up to the crib is just getting old. What should I do to wean her off this habit?
