TTC after nexplanon

Hey everyone, I'm 20, engaged and trying for a baby. I came off of nexplanon September 25th, no period. It's now November 10th, I have no idea what dates to go by, if I've ovulated or not. I don't know how to use this app if not going by a period 😕 I just wondered if there is anyone else out there who has the same issue or conceived after the implant and if they had there period first etc.

Any help is very much appreciated xxx
