Stress is ruling my relationship

I am engaged to a man that is 6 years younger than I am. I am currently a restaurant manager making pretty good money. My SO is not working very much and has been barely making enough for food. I am paying everything and he is not ready to get another job. I am making the most I have ever made and I work 60 to 70 hours a week and because I'm paying for everything I don't feel like I have a reward for all the work I put in.

My issue is that the stress has lowered my sex drive, increased my irritability, and has caused resentments. I love my man but I need to see him step up. We have had this conversation about five times and we still disagree. Anyone have ideas how I can get back to appreciating him and getting my sex drive back? Thanks.
