Vitamins delay period?

Can taking vitamins delay it? I just started taking them 3 weeks ago. My period should of started yesterday. I did have sex during my fertile time using th pull out method so pregnancy is possible(which is be happy with)

I'm almost positive that vitamins aren't known to delay periods. That's also never happened for me and I take vitamins all the time. 
I'm learning more and more as I get older though that there are so many things that can mess with your cycle that you'd never even imagine 🙄
I'd take a test if I were you though. Either way I'm pretty sure it's not the vitamins lol
