I'm really offended :/

My mother in law knows how sick I am knows how much I've thrown up and how I force myself to even take one bite and yet she says stories like "when I was pregnant I still did everything " and " I hate when people act like pregnancy is a disease" and that really offends me she's basically telling me I'm over exaggerating . I feel horrible and have been in bed for a couple of days. It just made me so upset that anyone would say that like excuse me but I feel like shit :'( sorry I needed to rant.
