When is the soonest you can know you are preggers?

I feel like I conceived Nov 1st... I am missing my period right now! My husband and i are trying for our first, And now I NEEDS to know!!! I know it has only been a week, but some how i just FEEL pregnant! When is the earliest I can test/what are some of the earliest symptoms of pregnancy?

hmmm if you are due for your period, now, you had to have ovulated at least 10-16 days ago hun, so if you ARE pregnant, that's how long ago you conceived. it is very rare to conceive if your luteal phase (the time between ovulation and your next period being due) is shorter then 10 days, because it takes anywhere between 7 and 10 days after you ovulate, for the fertilised egg to reach your womb and implant, so if you where to get your period 10days post ovulation the fertilised egg may have only just reached your womb and not had a chance to implant. This does however mean that if you are pregnant, and you ovulated between 14-16 days ago, you have a good chance that your fertilised egg did IMPLANT a week ago, because you would have been 7-9days post ovulation. if you are late take a HPT.

I tested the 2nd day of missed period and got a fat BFP so I think like two days before period is due should show
