I'm lonely

I am so lonely. I feel like I have no one. Every night after my daughter goes to bed I feel so empty and numb. I crawl into a cold empty bed and don't know what to do with myself or my thoughts. I go to text an old fling or ex boyfriend and just tell myself it's not worth it because I'm not worth it and I hate it. I am so tired of always being lonely.
