Advice

I came off birth control last month after being on it for 10 years, this is my first month of TTC. According to glow AF was suppose to arrive on 11/09 but still no sign. Took a test 11/10 with BFN. I am having some symptoms (pulling in lower stomach, very tender nipples etc.) Could it be hormone fluctuations from coming off birth control or should I keep testing every few days? At what point should I see my doctor about my period being late. Thanks!
