I had my mirena inserted on September 24 of this year. I had massive cramping and a period since then. On October 18 I had an ultrasound to ensure it was in the right spot, and they said it was. Well this morning I felt a little weird, checked, and there was my IUD. Just sitting there. I pulled it out myself, with almost no pulling on the strings. I've called my doctor but they did not answer. I am not sure if I should try the IUD again or not. I wanted so badly for this to work. But I'm not sure if I'm willing to go through that again.
