Best prenatals?

Does anyone have any suggestions on the best prenatals to take? I know it varies from person to person but any suggestions would be great!  The ones I have been taking seem to make me sick to my tummy.

I am switching to gummy prenatals, I have changed my prenatals at least 5 times, they make me nauseous, can't stand the smell, and they're too big!  I don't need iron just the folic acid in them.

I take the CitraNatal Assure. Like another woman posted above, it is by prescription only but my ob's office gave me a bunch of samples to start out with. I tried 3 other prenatals before this one, and they all made me so nauseated. I need food in my belly before taking any prenatal vitamins, but the CitraNatal Assure are the only ones that don't make me feel nauseous.

I have two types. I have pill form from GNC, it's iron, DHA and calcium. I also have a protein shake powder that's specifically for expecting mothers called Mommi. I have the vanilla kind and mix it in with my chocolate milk.

I have switched three times already. I currently take Smarty Pants prenatal gummies because I can't handle swallowing pills anymore and a powdered one made me feel sick. Smarty Pants have methyl folate and EPA/DHA, but it does not have calcium, magnesium or iron. I take Alive calcium chews, use magnesium oil and take Floradix for iron (it's liquid).

A lot of prenatals make me sick and dizzy I found the prenate mini gel are the only ones right now that don't make me sick. You need a prescription for them.
