Help 😣😔

Hi ladies,

I need some advice or comments on experiences similar to my situation if any.

So my IUD was removed Sept 24th, 2015 had it in for almost 3.5 yrs. I started bleeding on the 27th of Sept. Didn't stop until Oct 18, 2015.... (yes sweetest day) Lol. Since then I haven't had a period but I've had SEVERE sensitivity with my breast/nipples. Where it hurts to have my shirt/bra touch them or even my towel getting out shower. Bad lower back pain and I remember that pain with my first one. Lower back tail bone cramping/achey. I've been feeling DIZZY every morning for 1.5 weeks. Not sure what's going on. Went last week to take a preg. Test at the docs and it showed neg. But I've had neg with my daughter as well. 5hpt later and 3 blood tests at docs then showed positive. Last night I had a brown rusty spotting when I wiped then turned light pink after 30 mins went back to bathroom and checked again. 5am I used the bathroom pink blood not even period red. I have a panty liner on just in case but nothing has gotten on it for the past few hours. Just when I wipe seems to be a bright slimy red. And still lower back ache. What can this be??? I know there's a million things out there but achey similar stories?
