Cyst and pregnancy.

So today I went in for an ultrasound after a week of being monitored with my HCG levels. At first they were 61, in three days after it went to 300 something, 3 days from that they were 2,900. So yesterday I had an ultrasound and she found a cyst, fluid from a cyst rupturing in my pelvic area as well as the baby sac. She measured the sac and said it was 4 weeks and 5 days. My due date is July 15th. Anyway, will the cyst ruin the pregnancy? Has anyone else ever dealt with something like this?
