Condoms. Any birth control method for a female is prescribed by a dr or administerd by a dr such as the pill the shot and impalnt iud or patch. So get condoms if you can not be on any birth control. I dont know your personal reasons but if its because you have bad side effects to them or cant take it because of relious beliefs or because your parents are against it condoms are your solution.
