Contractions HELP!!

I went into preterm at 29 wks, I just left the doctor Monday and I was dilated 3cm(34 wks) so my question is do I keep going back for contractions and they send me away or do I go to a different doctor to get more understanding as to why I'm still dialating and having contractions
