I stopped...but I'm getting ready to get back too...
Being a exercise / cardio nut and being creative about how to do it and make it fun used to be my thing...in the last 10 years I am either working with a trainer, doing dance studio classes, going to yoga, spinning, boxing or in a slump that can last anywhere from a few months to a year and a half. It usually coincides with me being in between work/jobs because I go from being someone that sits at a desk all.day then goes to the gym then goes home to someone that can go to sleep whenever and wake up whenever so I eat however and whenever slow down on drinking water often anddddd to broke to afford my lovely classes like I am right now. But I still end up loosing weight and staying a bit in shape because I am moving around all day and eating less (on the move and house stays less stalked with food due to finances changing!) So I ignore the importance of having a weekly workout regime. But I realize now that changing my normal healthy lifestyle is actually aiding and keeping me not getting a bfp/pregnant! So no more! Next week it starts! Only skipping turkey week and Christmas week.
