Headaches!!! HELP!

I recently found out that im expecting and haven't had caffeine since. With that, I'm on my third headache this week and have only taken acetaminophen (Tylenol), which is suggested for pregnant women. After reading an article regarding MCs, I don't want to continue taking OTC drugs. What are some other ways that I can get rid of headaches?
