No. A lot can feel the sensation and build up to squirt but only some women are able to release. You have to be completely comfortable with yourself and with your partner. Sometimes it takes a while to be able to squirt, you may feel like you are going to but it might not happen and that's ok. It takes time, kind of like practice lol.
