Babies born at 35 weeks?

Question

Dr said I might have my little guy at 35 weeks (33 weeks right now). He's measuring small and they're worried he's not getting the nutrients he needs. I'm SOOO nervous to have him that early. Any of you that had babies at 35 weeks, were you able to bring them home? Or were they in the NICU for a while??

My son was born at 34 weeks. He only spent a week in NICU and then he got the ok to go home. He's a healthy 15 yr old now. He was 4 1/2 pounds and very strong.

I was born at 27 weeks 33 years ago and turned out fine. While it's hard not to worry try not to stress too much as that isn't going to help. Preemie care is EXCELLENT these days.

My son was born at almost 35 weeks. He was 6 lbs 3oz. We went home the next and he is 12 years old now.

My son was born at 35 weeks and didn't have to stay at all. We went home he normal day after.

I had my son at 36 weeks and he was fine. Went home on time no NICU time either

I had my son at 31 weeks. I had severe preeclampsia. I was given steroids to develop his lungs faster. He stayed in the NiCU for about a month. (He's almost 6 years old now!) 35 weeks is a LOT better than 31. Have you been given steroids?
