Wedding band- inside or outside of the engagement ring?

No wrong answer- just curious!  I wear my wedding band on the inside, then my engagement ring, and then my anniversary band.

Mine is on the inside and when this baby is born, my husband is adding a second identical band to the outside of my engagement ring. Apparently he started that process when he took my rings to be resized last week 💗

I was always told wedding band goes closer to your heart. But I wear my wedding band on top of my engagement ring. It's what holds it on.

When you have a wrap or two bands like you it doesn't matter but personally I think it looks better with the wedding band inside but it makes more sense to have it outside because you have the engagement ring and then the wedding band. Needless to say I wear my wedding band on the inside then engagement ring.

I can say as a manager of a fine jewelry store we display and show sets with the band in the bottom...although I personally encourage wearing double bands- one on each side! :)

I normally wear it on the outside because that's the side he put it on when we said our vows. But I've had it on the inside lately since I've been trying on new rings so I can pick out my Christmas gift 🙈😜

I've heard the closer to your heart theory, but I've also heard to wear it on the inside because the diamond from the engagement ring "protects" your marriage and vows. :)
