Day 8 of nexplanon, anything helps!

Had sex today (day 8 of nexplanon), doctor said to wait a full 7 days until unprotected sex. Wore no condom and did not pull out. Should i worry? (Also: around this time i would be ovulating if i never had the nexplanon inserted) dont know if i should be scared or not !
