Need some insight

My period was due 11/12 I'm now 2 days late. Well a couple days before my period supposed to started I started getting cramps. I'm still getting them now they come and go and they are very intense lasting 5 minutes. There has still been no bleeding. The pain is usually under my belly button. And I noticed today that my boob's are a bit sore to touch... Should I be concerned and just go to the er or just take a pregnancy test??
