How do you celebrate the winter holidays?

Since it seems like the closer Christmas comes the more of the butthurt whiny Christians come out, not all fall into this category you know who you are. So what winter holiday/s do you celebrate and how. 
I celebrate the traditional American Christmas with the works, lights, tree, movies, Santa, presents, dinner and Carols. I was raised agnostic and since I have found my path of Paganism I also celebrate Yule and the winter Equinox. I love Christmas decorations and my tree is an eclectic collection of mismatched and handmade ornaments with a color set thrown in. I personally despise the "hallmark" trees. My favorite movies are the old clay mation like A year without a Santa Clause and of course both Grinch movies. Christmas is a time of magic, giving and family to me and the way Mr Scrooge learns the true meaning of Christmas is the same for us.

Hubby knows xmas is my favorite time of year. And since we don't have our own place we are getting a small charlie brown tree decorate it. We do xmas eve with his family then do xmas at my family's house. And we will do xmas in the am

I'm pagan too, Asatru. 😄 But I was raised in a half hearted Catholic environment. Because I grew up celebrating Christmas in the typical American way, I still do everything. But my family is really small now, just my mom and husband, so we just eat really good food and don't go over the top. I have a tiny Yule tree that I love. 😊

I'm an atheist but grew up celebrating the holidays and still do because it's a tradition I enjoy in the absence of any religious meaning.  My extended family always celebrated together with a big meal and exchanging gifts on Christmas Eve.  My OH's family are British and always had their turkey dinner etc on Christmas day.  We've combined the traditions and do both now - I cook my traditional meal on Christmas Eve and we eat and drink and play games etc, then the inlaws cook on Christmas day. 
I also put up a tree and lights on the house because I find it pretty and cheerful at an otherwise miserable time of year.  I have collected ornaments my whole life when I travel, so putting up the tree and decorating it with ornaments from around the world is like looking through an old photo album for me.

I'm like a kid at Christmas,  I go all out for it. I spent my first 18yrs of life not having because I was raised a JW.  I love absolutely everything about Christmas, and it means even more now that I have children of my own.

I go all out. We always have growing up. Christmas is my 2nd fav holiday (mardi gras 1st). Now that I'm married this will be our first Christmas and hubby already knows I'm excited and bought the kitchen decor already!! I'm Christian. So we will be going to 2 Christmas plays or more. Have a nativity scene in the house. And go to midnight mass. Midnight mass is my favorite service.

My husband and I are Atheists so all we do for Christmas is put up a tree, exchange gifts with family, and have dinner together.

I celebrate Christmas American style. I was raised Christian but I'm pretty secular when it comes to Christmas. I love making cookies and watching Christmas movies. I cry and get scared watching any version of "A Christmas Carol". I also love doing big dinners with family.
